Marissa is originally from the Philippines and has been in Canada for about 13 years. Back home she was a Registered Midwife and had Level 2 Nursing. She has delivered many babies in her time! After arriving in Canada, Marissa obtained her certification as a Personal Support Worker and was employed in that field until she found her calling with massage. Marissa graduated from Georgian College in 2017 and has three years of experience in the massage field. She is trained in various modalities including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Acupuncture (Dry Needling), Cupping, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Hot Stone Massage. Marissa's main focus has always been helping her clients to obtain their optimum health goals and to ensure overall wellness by personalizing each treatment. In her free time Marissa likes cooking, gardening, working out, and spending time with family.
